New Landscapes

In these landscape drawings, I explore the complexity of our relationship with the natural environment: how our advancing knowledge in science and technology allows us to understand our physical world, enables us to violate it, and grants us the potential of repairing it. Abstracted landscapes reference melting glaciers, oil spills, smoggy skies, collapsing rock formations, and desertifying plains.
